Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 13, 2026
Developer: Easy Solution Lab
Easy Solution Lab (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Air Duct Calculator mobile application handles information when you use our app.
1. Information Collection
Air Duct Calculator is designed to provide HVAC-related calculations, including duct sizing, airflow (CFM), air velocity, friction loss, equivalent length, duct fitting loss, transitions, and duct weight.
The app may process values you enter, such as duct dimensions, airflow, velocity, and fitting information, to calculate results.
We do not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address through the calculator features themselves.
If third-party services are integrated into the app, they may automatically collect certain information, such as device information, advertising identifiers, diagnostic data, or app interaction data, according to their own privacy policies.
2. How We Use Information
Information processed by the app may be used to:
Perform HVAC calculations and display results.
Save calculation preferences or results locally, if supported.
Improve app functionality, stability, and performance.
Display advertisements, if advertising services are integrated.
3. Data Storage and Security
Calculation inputs are processed to provide the requested results. Where data is stored locally on your device, it generally remains there unless you remove it or uninstall the app, subject to Android and app-specific storage behavior.
We do not operate a personal-data collection server for the calculator features themselves. However, third-party SDKs or services integrated into the app may process information as described in their respective policies.
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by the app, but no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
4. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services, such as Google Play services, Google AdMob, or analytics and crash-reporting tools, if included in a particular version.
These providers may process information under their own privacy policies. Please review their policies for more details:
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google Play services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
We do not sell users’ personal information.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide app functionality or meet applicable legal requirements.
You may be able to remove locally saved calculation data through the app's available controls, Android app settings, or by uninstalling the application. Data independently retained by third-party providers is subject to their own retention and deletion policies.
6. Children's Privacy
Air Duct Calculator is a general-purpose utility app and is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the calculator features.
If you believe personal information has been collected inappropriately, please contact us so we can investigate.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information held about you. To submit a privacy-related request, contact us using the details below.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements change. Any updated version will be published at the location where this policy is made available, with the revised effective date.
